Equipped to live in freedom
Without safe, sustainable employment, survivors are at a high risk of being pulled back to a life of exploitation. By equipping survivors and those vulnerable to trafficking with vocational and life-skills training, the risk is mitigated and the cycle of exploitation can be broken!

AIM’s Employment Center ensures that rescued girls are never trafficked again. We provide survivors and at-risk women with a safe job that includes a living wage, education, medical care, meals, counseling, and more.

Many survivors grow up to be abolitionists and work with us to fight for freedom throughout our programs protecting, rescuing, healing, and empowering others.
