Hello, AIM Family!
One full year has passed since I became the CEO of AIM. Wow! I am grateful that, through every blessing and every challenge, God is with me. I love seeing what God is doing in and through AIM right now. As I spent time on the ground with our team this past year, I witnessed the power of God’s love transforming hearts in the communities He’s placed us in. AIM has great strategies and programs, but I believe true transformation happens when those we serve experience agape love through our amazing staff in Cambodia and Belize.
Our leadership team continues to seek God’s vision and guidance, because He’s the one in control of this. We’re joining His movement for freedom – not the other way around. In that spirit, I wanted to share an exciting update about AIM’s mission, vision, and values.
With much prayer and discussion, God has refreshed AIM’s mission in our hearts:

This mission statement captures the heartbeat of AIM – our unwavering commitment to do what God calls us to do and go where He calls us to go in this fight against sex trafficking. In coming weeks, you’ll see some of our team share their hearts behind our refreshed mission, vision, and values on some of AIM’s social media platforms, so make sure to follow along!

I also wanted to pass along an urgent prayer request. We’re currently at full capacity in our restoration home in Cambodia and it is limiting our ongoing rescue efforts. At this very moment, we have identified girls who are in need of rescue, but we don’t have anywhere to put them. Would you please join me in praying that God would provide the wisdom and resources necessary to overcome this challenge and expand our restoration capacity quickly?
We remain immensely grateful for what God has already done, and we boldly move forward embracing his calling in Cambodia, Belize, and beyond! What a blessing it is that we don’t have to start from scratch because of the things we’ve learned advancing the mission over the last 18 years. Also, keep Belize in your prayers as we continue establishing our operation there. Pray that God continues to grant us wisdom and favor as we move forward to serve the needs in that country and surrounding region.
Thank you for standing with us. Together, we are unlocking hearts, lives, and communities from the evil of sex trafficking in Jesus’ name and in Jesus’ way.
A Bible verse that has always stood out to me is James 1:27, which says, “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” AIM embodies this daily by showing agape love to everyone we serve, and so do you!
With a grateful heart,
