Not because we built something impressive. Because God invited us into something eternal. Today, six pieces hold one ecology in Southeast Asia: a campus, a place to work, a place to stay, a school, a church now standing on its own, and a team that travels to where prevention is needed before harm finds it.
01 / Central America
A Proven model on new ground.
The fifteen-year model travels. Same architecture, fresh soil. Six pieces, this time on new ground.
02 / Employment
A place to work.
Hats and embroidery added to the line this year. Survivors choose a trade, build a wage history, and walk back into community on their own feet.
03 / Hospitality
$80K a year, redirected.
Mission stays move from outside vendors to AIM hospitality. The economy of the ground starts to feed the ground. Eighty thousand a year stays in mission.
04 / School
Education on the campus.
Partner school on the ground. Children of survivors, children of staff, children of the surrounding community sharing the same classroom. The next generation does not have to leave to learn.
05 / Church
Independent and strong.
Sustained by the community AIM helped raise. The handoff that proves the model works.
06 / Mobile prevention
Prevention before harm finds it.
A team that travels lighter than a fixed site. Where the next vulnerability lives, the team is there first. Prevention as the front door of the rescue economy.

The system has to fund itself before the next ground is even researched. Sustained operating revenue at fifteen million per year. The first lock.
Teams and tours operational.
In both built grounds. Two flywheels turning, not one. The donor pipeline live before another ground is added to the load.
Three months of operating reserve.
Cash on hand to weather a quarter without revenue. Resilience before expansion. Fewer surprises, fewer compromises.
$3 million in endowment.
Long-horizon stability. The system has to be permanent before another ground is put on it. Endowment turns annual generosity into multi-decade resilience.
