Seven Minors and Six Adults Rescued from Massage Parlors in January

Our SWAT Team and Cambodian law enforcement recently raided three brothels fronting as massage parlors in the T’Bong Khmom, Phnom Penh, and Kratie provinces in Cambodia. During the raids, thirteen women were rescued including seven minors.

All women admitted to being sold for sex at the premise for the profit of the traffickers. Five suspects were arrested and detained for child sex trafficking related charges.

The minors are receiving aftercare services at a partner aftercare shelter and many of the women are being transferred to our Transitional Home to receive aftercare services and employment assistance.

Our legal team is providing free legal representation to all survivors throughout the court process.
