WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE TO CHANGE THE WORLD ONE LIFE AT A TIME

What started as a small response to an enormous injustice has grown into a movement of rescue, restoration, and redemption. Over the last 20 years, God has used AIM to rescue more than 2,000 girls, bring over 600 traffickers to justice, and transform entire communities.
But the greatest evidence of transformation? The people.
Every smile. Every changed story. Every life made new.
We do not change hearts; we do not change lives; those are things only God can do… but it is such an honor to be invited by Him to act as His hands.
— Pam Helt, Former In-Country Long Term Volunteer (Teams & Tours)
“There is no doubt the spirit of our Lord is in the midst of these spaces and lives are transformed daily. We witnessed many miracles and can attest that God is indeed on the move.”
— Sara Richardson, Former In-Country Long Term Volunteer (Emergency Foster Care)
“Although I can’t continue to live with you all, in my heart, I’ll still have you. And maybe one day, I can come back and work with you to help other girls.”
— Neang*, Survivor and former resident at AIM’s Restoration Home in Cambodia

20 Years, 2,000+ Reasons to Celebrate.
This campaign is a celebration of lives transformed. From survivors to volunteers, each person has been impacted by your prayers, giving, and presence.

Once lost in violence and rejection, Kleneang found purpose and transformation through the love and discipline he discovered at AIM. “In the past, I was a bad kid in the village, hated by society. A kid who was very violent. One of the gangsters in the village. When I came to [AIM], it transformed me to a new life.”
Klaneang,
Transformed Fighter

“Until this point, I used to be a girl who was scared to do things on my own. But now, I’m becoming a girl who [takes control of] her own life. I thank the Lord for all the [AIM Staff] who have been there to give me love and support…”
Neang, Survivor

“This work shows you the darkest parts of our world and yet, shows you there is hope. Kindness, compassion, and love go a long way and can truly change the people around you.”
Paul, Former LTV

“We do not change hearts; we do not change lives; those are things only God can do, but it is such an honor to be invited by God to put on our gloves and act as His hands as He changes both hearts and lives.”
