Requirements and Qualifications

កម្រិតវប្បធម៌៖ សញ្ញាបត្របរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្ស រដ្ឋបាលអាជីវកម្ម សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ឬបទពិសោធន៍ការងារនឹងការសិក្សាពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើរ។Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

បទពិសោធន៍៖ បទពិសោធន៍ការងារផ្នែកធនធានមនុស្សយ៉ាងតិចរយៈពេល១ឆ្នាំ។ បទពិសោធន៍ការងារទាក់ទងសំណងនិងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ ឬព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា (ចង់បាន)។មានបទពិសោធន៍កម្រិតមធ្យមទៅកម្រិតខ្ពស់ជាមួយ Microsoft Excel (ចង់បាន)។Experience:  1 year experience working in a human resources related role. Compensation & benefits or IT experience preferred.
