Sing to the LORD! Give Praises to the LORD! He rescues the life of the needy from the hands of the wicked.” Jeremiah 20:13
PRAISE
-Praise God He delivered into Agape Restoration Center (ARC) not one but TWO girls who lived in Svay Pak (SP) out of confinement in a brothel in a nearby province. Our staff has been working and praying in particular for these two and He rescued the needy from the hands of the wicked. Glory! It’s a great day here, everyone seems to be walking on clouds.
–Our ARC teaching staff has been doing great work within their program. To encourage better behavior they have come up with a system to reward the most improved to a fun day out to play. Many new play places have been built all over town offering all different kinds of fun games, rides, activities, so no one will be bored of this soon. We also have 3 special needs children they are investigating new ways to help them. As a whole there is not much in country for these challenges and they are being very proactive to help. The house moms, teachers and counselors have done great work to get the 3 to where they are, they are looking to take it to the next level. So proud of them and grateful for them.
-The William Jessup University team is doing their last Kid’s Club. They have blessed us and the community while battling stomach issues, they powered through in Christ. They took a fun break to shop at the Russian Market and now are pouring out their all.
–We have started offering curriculum from William Jessup University (WJU) in Svay Pak for our Cambodian staff to earn a degree through Don’s Alma Mater. The first class was a great success. The second class will be in the near future. The people here are hungry to learn.
-God has sent His best people to work with, pray for and support His work through Agape International Missions. We are humbled and blessed. Our staff takes terrific care of us, it’s almost embarrassing. We treasure each one here and there.
-The Agape Training Center (ATC) girls are doing great at working together and problem solving.
-Dai has made her move to the safe house. So far so good, her thug boy friend has not located her nor has she contacted him. Pray all those bonds will be broken.
-God is providing for us faithfully!
-Praise for our staff who aren’t afraid to take a risk for what is right, no matter that jail or physical harm may await them.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.” Ephesians 6:18
